We’re looking for someone who can bring our properties, people, and brand to life on screen. From capturing cinematic listing videos and drone footage to creating short-form social content that stops the scroll, this role is all about elevating how we show the world what we do. The Role As our Videographer, you’ll be responsible for: Capturing high-quality content across property listings, agent marketing, and brand campaigns. Editing and delivering polished video content ready for use across multiple platforms. Creating short‑form video for social media, including Reels and TikTok. Flying your drone (licensed and experienced pilots highly preferred). Collaborating with agents and marketing to plan shoots and develop creative ideas. Growing into a leadership role — potentially building or managing a small team of editors as the role evolves. Being capable of taking high-quality still photos is preferred but not essential. The Successful Candidate Will: Have a portfolio that shows a knack for visual storytelling. Be confident filming, editing, and producing engaging short‑form and long‑form video. Have or be willing to obtain a drone licence. Have a current driver’s licence and reliable car. Be self‑motivated, organised, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Thrive in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same. (Bonus) Have experience in real estate or lifestyle marketing — but creativity and drive are what matter most.
