The classification RN/M may also be eligible for Zone Allowance and once off Incidental Payment (conditions apply), and Professional Development Allowance. The classification AHP comes with Managerial Allowance. In this multifaceted role, you will contribute to effective staffing methodologies, recruitment and HR processes, financial administration, patient flow, bed and resource management, accreditation, risk management, and information systems oversight. You will provide leadership within your allocated span of control or portfolio, ensuring alignment between practice and policy while promoting a safe, positive, and patient-centred workplace culture. Using a variety of practice models, you may lead specific programs or portfolios, or coordinate projects and service development initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and patient outcomes. Regional Team Leader (AHP3) , you will utilise your advanced clinical expertise to deliver high-quality services while providing professional leadership to Allied Health staff across the Flinders and Upper North rural region. In this influential role, you will contribute to improved service quality, safety, and equitable, community-needs–driven service distribution. Working collaboratively with Allied Health teams, managers, and key stakeholders, you will support model of care development, drive workforce initiatives, and strengthen the capability of practitioners working in rural and remote settings. This AHP3 position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful, region-wide impact through leadership, innovation, and service improvement. Team Leader (ASO6) , you will provide effective leadership, guidance, and line management to program staff while overseeing the delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of community programs. You will be responsible for allocating and monitoring program budgets, fulfilling all reporting requirements, and maintaining strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with the Regional Manager, Community Health Services, you will manage finances and resources in accordance with State and Federal Government guidelines and contribute to the development of FUNLHN-wide service models. Looking for a change in scenery? – Nursing Looking for a change in scenery? – Allied Health Learn more about our Allied Health workforce About You: RN/M3 Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years post registration experience. Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing/midwifery practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice. Demonstrated experience in management and leadership roles. Demonstrated experience in managing projects. AHP3 Must hold a recognised qualification within the relevant Allied Health profession and be eligible for (full) membership of the relevant Professional Association. For those professions requiring Registration all requirements to obtain and maintain current registration must be fulfilled. For self-regulated professions it is desirable to participate in the professional associations accredited continuing professional development program. ASO6 Demonstrated experience in leadership and management in a community health setting, including effectively managing and supporting staff. Demonstrated experience in developing effective collaborative relationships within the organisation and externally with the community and other agencies. Demonstrated experience in planning, managing and evaluating data management and community service provision. Leading and managing organisational change processes.
