As a result of our continued success and growth, we are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to expanding our market presence. The Role As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Dresslier & Co., you will play a key role in fostering strong relationships with our existing clients and driving new business in your allocated territory. Your role will also include training customers on the correct use of our products, providing marketing and promotional support, and ensuring overall brand visibility and growth. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing clients. Actively generate new business within your designated territory. Conduct training sessions with clients to ensure products are being correctly prescribed and used. Identify and deliver promotional and point-of-sale marketing opportunities to support business growth. Collaborate with a dynamic sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Qualifications Previous experience in sales, ideally within the professional hair care or consumer goods sector. Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in the professional hair & beauty care industry. A proven sales record and the ability to build lasting rapport with clients. A well-presented professional who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. Knowledge of professional hair colour and salon retail care products is a plus but not essential. Why Join Us?
