Council are on the lookout for our next Trainee to join our Customer Service team Our ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys meeting new people and providing information in a polite and professional manner. They will have retail experience restocking merchandise, using a point of sale system and customer service. Experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite will be an asset. To be successful in this role you will have a can‑do attitude and excellent customer service. The Trainee – Customer Service is responsible for: Providing high‑quality support to customers and staff Ensuring accurate data entry and record‑keeping Participating fully in training and professional development activities TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED NSW Drivers Licence School Certificate (Year 10 or equivalent) The ability to work well as part of a team and autonomously as required General knowledge of the MS OfficeSuite of products will be advantageous INTERESTED?
