We are seeking an experienced Housekeeper or Hospitality professional to join our team at Ballina Manor Boutique Hotel in Ballina, NSW. This is a flexible casual role that offers a variety of shifts housekeeping shifts and breakfast shifts (no cooking required) each week. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently to ensure our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. HK Responsibilities Making beds, changing linens, vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs Cleaning and sanitising toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks Maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors Sorting, washing, loading, and unloading laundry Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies Monitoring cleaning supplies and reporting any necessary repairs or replacements to Management Breakfast Set Up Responsibilities Set up of continental breakfast buffet (no cooking required) Welcoming guests and clearing plates Refilling items throughout breakfast service Pack down and safe storing of food items Basic hygiene and food handling skills is desirable, but not essential What we are looking for Previous experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar role within the hospitality industry A strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness Good time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure A friendly and customer-service oriented attitude Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the day Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team What we offer At Ballina Manor Boutique Hotel, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
