We are seeking dedicated individuals who are committed to the health and happiness of seniors to join our team as Social Wellbeing Walking Companions on Tuesday and / or Friday mornings from 9:30 am. In this role, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to accompany residents at our residential aged care home in Joondalup on walks around the facility, contributing to their physical wellness and providing a friendly presence for meaningful interactions. Requirements A genuine interest in the well‑being of seniors and a passion for promoting physical and mental health. Good physical health and capable of walking at a moderate pace over short distances. Good communication skills and the ability to create a comfortable and engaging environment. Empathy, patience, and a friendly demeanor when interacting with residents.
