Assistant Store Manager, Western Australia - Expression of Interest Looking to be an Assistant Store Manager at ALDI but can't seem to find an open position near you? Our Jandakot Region in WA stretches from Busselton to the CBD and right up to Geraldton As an Assistant Store Manager, you will train and coach team members to develop future leaders, uphold safety and cleanliness standards, manage inventory, minimise losses, operate registers, and merchandise our special buys. You'll also identify improvement opportunities to enhance operations and manage the store in the Store Manager's absence to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers. Qualifications Proven experience in leading teams within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Strong leadership skills to motivate, mentor, and guide team members toward success. Exceptional communication abilities that foster collaboration and inclusivity. Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding targets.
