Receptionist (Grade 2) – Staffcare, Barwon Health Employment Type : Permanent Part Time Hours per fortnight : 32 Job Category : Administration – Administration Assistant Req Id : 6548 Role Overview Join Barwon Health’s Staffcare team as a Receptionist (Grade 2) in a supportive and people-focused environment. Be the friendly first point of contact, providing high-quality administrative and customer service support to staff and clients. Permanent part-time role (32 hours per fortnight) offering stability and work–life balance. Provide courteous and confidential administrative support to those attending the StaffCare service, including Barwon Health staff, volunteers, temporary and locum staff, contractors and external clients. Deliver highly professional and efficient administrative and secretarial support to the StaffCare team. Must be able to provide evidence of a 2025 influenza vaccination.
