This role offers true end‑to‑end exposure across development, acquisitions and project finance, within a lean principal‑investing environment. You will work directly with senior investment professionals and gain hands‑on responsibility from day one. Importantly, this role is open to candidates who may not have direct renewables or infrastructure investing experience, but who bring strong financial modelling capability and transaction exposure from adjacent fields such as investment banking, consulting, deals or corporate finance. The Opportunity This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious analyst or associate looking to move closer to principal‑side investing in the energy transition. You will take ownership of financial modelling and investment analysis on live transactions, support due diligence and financing processes, and remain actively involved post‑investment across asset performance, financing and value creation. International exposure is genuine, with collaboration across regions and the opportunity to support offshore transactions. Key Responsibilities Build, own and evolve complex financial models for renewable energy investments Support deal underwriting through detailed commercial and financial analysis Execute due diligence alongside technical, legal and commercial advisers Assist with project finance processes, including lender engagement and debt structuring Support asset management and ongoing investment performance post‑close Mentor junior analysts and interns About You You do not need to come from a traditional renewables investing background. You do bring strong analytical horsepower, commercial judgement and a desire to operate on the principal side.
