HR Business Partner, APAC

To deliver throughout the employee life cycle, proactive, high quality people centered human resources service to employees in APAC. Full accountability for HR operations, advisory and the successful implementation of HR related processes and practices, policies and outcomes across APAC business units. Responsibilities Advise and support managers across key HR areas (maternity, disciplinary, performance management, grievance and redundancy). Prepare necessary paperwork and manage relevant consultations with employees. Coach people managers to become self-sufficient in managing performance on an on-going basis. Build a strong and sustainable relationship with Global HR business partners to gain credibility as a trusted advisor regarding people topics. Advise employees on policies and other related items. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and comply with local legislation. Manage the recruitment and selection process and new starter onboarding induction for all new hires in the APAC region. Work with line managers and the compensations team where required to obtain market data and make recommendations for salary adjustments, off cycle increases, new hire salaries across APAC. Work with HR Team members on organisational effectiveness and HR partnering change management efforts associated with re-organisations and transfers. Salary Salary not specified. #J-18808-Ljbffr
