You will work closely with the Commercial Manager to support business case development, financial modelling and the translation of data into actionable insights. Responsibilities Analyse new business opportunities, strategic initiatives and financial projects Develop and enhance financial models for decision‑making Prepare business cases, board papers and executive reports Translate complex data into actionable insights and monitor business performance Design and automate dashboards and reporting tools Support pricing strategy, revenue forecasts, cost analysis and commercial due diligence Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modelling (absolute requirement) Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities Ability to work with ambiguity and manage multiple priorities Experience in a project‑based commercial or consulting environment Mandatory Requirements Current NSW driver’s licence Obtain and maintain a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) Obtain and maintain a National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC) Willingness to undertake a pre‑employment police check Employment Type Full‑Time Key Skills Building Construction Logistics & Procurement Account Management Communication Client Services Jboss About us Westhaven is and will continue to be the provider of choice for disability support services and accommodation across regional NSW.
