What You’ll Be Doing Selling new vehicles to customers Delivering a seamless experience from initial enquiry to final handover Listening to customer needs and offering suitable finance and product solutions Staying up to date with the latest vehicle features and model releases Meeting sales targets and working collaboratively within a motivated team Who We’re Looking For Experienced Sales Professionals ✅ Automotive or comparable sales experience ✅ Strong closing and negotiation skills ✅ Results‑driven and confident in a fast‑paced environment Trainees / Career Changers ✅ Retail or customer service experience is highly regarded ✅ Excellent communication and people skills ✅ A genuine interest in the motor industry and a willingness to learn ✅ Self‑motivated, reliable, and eager to succeed If you have recent retail experience and are looking to grow into a long‑term career, we’ll provide full training and support to help you thrive in automotive sales.
