Batch Plant Supervisor – Mobile Projects Regional Group Australia is seeking an experienced Batch Plant Supervisor to join our mobile project team at the Boulder Creek Wind Farm, Rockhampton, QLD, commencing early December. The primary focus of the role is to ensure production requirements meet manufacturing costs and customer expectations, delivering high-quality concrete while maintaining a strong safety culture. Responsibilities Commit to RGA safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviour. Ensure daily pre‑starts are completed by all personnel and maintenance records are updated. Maintain plant and equipment cost‑effectively to deliver high utilisation. Perform hands‑on maintenance to minimise breakdowns within own competency. Control stock and order all batch plant materials. Support the Project Manager with scheduling maintenance for all P&E and trucks. Drive agitator trucks and front‑end loaders as required. Accurately batch orders to meet specified mix designs. Allocate trucks to ensure smooth operations for Regional Group and customers. Manage day‑to‑day administration of the batch site. Essential Requirements & Qualifications Physically fit. Solution‑oriented leader. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Current HR driver’s licence and Construction White Card. Front‑end loader ticket. Knowledge & experience as a supervisor in a similar role and/or supervisory competencies. Previous working experience in a concrete technical role. Knowledge & experience with estimating, sales and marketing. Knowledge & experience of WHS requirements and legislation including environmental. Ability to pass medicals and inductions as requested. 2 / 1 roster, guaranteed minimum hours, multiple roles available, daily project allowance.
