Assistant Venue Manager - Kingpin Darwin Step into the spotlight as our Assistant Venue Manager and drive the energy & business functions at our multi-faceted entertainment hub From bowling lanes and arcade thrills to epic parties & events, you'll create wow moments for all guests What You’ll Be Doing Lead and own daily operations to keep the good times rolling Master rostering, COGs, and revenue tracking, particularly during peak seasons Coach, mentor and build a high-performing team Deliver unforgettable experiences, ensuring every guest feels remarkable Collaborate with the Venue Manager to smash goals and shape the success of the venue Champion our values:FUN, REMARKABLE, REAL, OBSESSED, PARTNER - every single day Who You Are You must hold a valid Working with Children Clearance You must hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate You’re a natural leader with experience in retail, hospitality or entertainment venues You bringenergy, innovation, and drive, and inspire your team to do the same You’re arelationship builder, especially when it comes to corporate and social bookings You understand thefinancial side of businessand are eager to grow You’re passionate about making people smile and creatingWOW moments.
