We are growing and looking for our next superstar to join our amazing team We have exciting opportunities available for: 2IC to the Practice Manager 2IC to the Manager (3/4 days) We are looking for someone with at least 5-6 years of experience as dental nurse/receptionist or previous management experience, who is ready to step up. Skills and Experience Your role: Assist the Practice Manager with daily operations and team coordination Supervise and support front desk and clinical teams Oversee appointment scheduling, patient flow, and daily reporting Maintain high standards of patient care and customer service Assist with staff training, onboarding, and rostering Ensure compliance with infection control and clinical protocols Handle patient enquiries, feedback, and administrative tasks Step in for the Practice Manager when required You have : Previous experience as senior receptionist in a similar role (at least 4 years) Must have at least Certificate III Sound computer literacy skill Key Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance to dentists and oral health therapists Prepare and maintain instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms Ensure high standards of infection control and sterilisation Welcome patients and manage front desk duties (appointments, payments, recalls, etc.) Handle patient enquiries and provide a positive experience at every visit Support daily operations to ensure the smooth running of the practice About You Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental practice (nursing and/or reception) Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (preferred) Confident, reliable, and professional Excellent communication and multitasking skills Strong knowledge of dental software D4W A team player with a caring and patient-focused attitude Why Join Us Supportive, friendly, and professional team Modern, well-equipped clinic Opportunities for career development and extra training Stable, long-term position with great work-life balance #J-18808-Ljbffr
