Senior Manager, Digital Talent – IMG Models Australia

IMG Models Sydney is seeking a dynamic Manager to join our team. This role blends digital-first talent management with traditional model bookings, managing a diverse roster of talent across men’s and women’s divisions. The Senior Manager, Digital Talent will be responsible for driving commercial and digital opportunities, nurturing talent careers, and collaborating across IMG’s global network. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced talent manager with a strong understanding of both the fashion industry and the digital landscape, who thrives in a fast-paced, client facing environment. Responsibilities Manage and develop a roster of talent spanning digital-first talent and models. Drive commercial growth by securing partnerships, campaigns, endorsements and social-first activations for talent. Advise and support talent on building their personal brands and digital presence, from emerging to established profiles. Build and maintain strong client relationships across fashion, beauty, lifestyle and entertainment industries. Leverage IMG’s global network to create international opportunities and share market insights. Negotiate contracts, fees, and usage terms in line with company policies and industry standards. Provide talent with guidance on career strategy, content and positioning. Collaborate internally with finance, legal and global teams to ensure seamless execution of deals. You Have These Proven experience in talent management, influencer/digital/talent bookings. Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including social platforms, content strategy and commercial partnerships. Established client and industry relationships in fashion, beauty, lifestyle and entertainment. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, collaborative and solutions driven approach. Passion for developing talent and spotting new opportunities.
