Come and join our dynamic, integrated agency in Sydney’s CBD. We are a marketing consultancy for the property industry who treat our client’s business like they're our own. As Account Manager , you’ll lead day-to-day communication with one of our top commercial property clients, oversee property marketing campaign delivery, and play a key role in driving marketing initiatives alongside the Account Director. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with strong media and client management experience who’s ready to lead campaigns, build trusted relationships, and mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities Lead daily client communication, ensuring responses are timely, solutions-focused and commercially sound. Oversee all aspects of campaign execution, including media bookings, artwork approvals, dispatch and supplier coordination. Manage workflow across the Account Manager and Account Coordinator to ensure deadlines are met and work is delivered accurately. Brief digital campaigns to our performance team and share insights and results back to clients. Support the Account Director with strategic marketing initiatives, quarterly reviews, presentations and project-based campaigns. Build strong relationships with clients, supplier partners and internal teams, representing the agency with confidence and professionalism. Troubleshoot campaign or supplier issues to ensure smooth delivery, on time and on budget. Identify organic growth opportunities and contribute to improved processes and efficiencies across the team. Maintain strong knowledge of our campaign management software (CampaignXpress) and triage all client requests through Zendesk.
