Roles and Responsibilities We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Trainer and Assessor for CPC31020 Certificate III in Solid Plastering, and/or CPC31320 Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and hands‑on training to domestic and international students in the above program(s). Assess student competencies in line with the Standards for RTOs 2015 and industry requirements. Develop and update training resources to ensure relevance and compliance. Provide mentorship and support to students to help them achieve their learning goals. Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment outcomes. Essential Qualifications and Experience: CPC31320 Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling, or CPC31020 Certificate III in Solid Plastering (or higher) or equivalent qualification. Current TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent). Significant vocational experience in carpentry, ideally with recent industry exposure. Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations. Strong understanding of the current Standards for RTOs and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring. Previous experience in delivering and assessing CPC30620 or CPC31320 or CPC31020 or similar qualifications. Strong connections with the construction industry.
