An exciting opportunity exists to join a progressive and well-established company in the rapidly growing water industry. West Coast Poly , an iconic brand in liquid storage solutions, is seeking a motivated Dispatch Coordinator to join our Logistics team based in Canning Vale . In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient flow of products from our modern manufacturing facility to end users across Western Australia. This position will allow you to utilise your strong organisational skills while developing your planning and coordination capabilities within a friendly and supportive team environment. You will liaise closely with rural and commercial customers, internal teams, drivers, and transport providers. Knowledge of rural Western Australia and the transport industry will be highly regarded. Key Responsibilities: Maintain direct communication with customers to arrange delivery schedules Provide customer support regarding warranty-related deliveries where required Operate and maintain a computerised scheduling system integrated with production and customer service Review, prepare, and process delivery documentation and paperwork Coordinate deliveries to ensure timelines and customer expectations are met Liaise with company drivers, subcontracted transport providers, and end users Report directly to the Logistics Manager About You: Previous experience in customer service for dispatch/ logistics (highly regarded) Strong organisational and time-management skills Confident communicator with a strong customer-service focus Competent with computer systems and scheduling software Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Unlock job insights Salary match Number of applicants Skills match Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
