About The Role As a HC Driver, you will play a crucial role in our road transport operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of goods across the region. This Full‑Time position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company committed to excellence in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry. Key Responsibilities Safely operating heavy combination vehicles to transport refrigerated goods Adhering to all traffic laws, safety regulations and company policies Performing pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections Monitoring vehicle performance and reporting any issues or maintenance needs Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients Maintaining accurate trip logs and documentation To Be Successful In This Role Valid HC Licence Minimum 2 years’ experience driving heavy combination vehicles Knowledge of load restraint and refrigeration unit operation Ability to operate a heavy vehicle in a professional & safe manner Excellent communication and customer service skills A willingness to learn and be trained on electronic equipment, such as tablets, for reporting and monitoring driving hours Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) – highly regarded but not essential Ability to pass a medical examination, including drug and alcohol testing A strong Think Safe attitude Important information about applying for the role To apply, click the ‘Apply Now’ button on SEEK or email your resume with the job title in the subject line to Due to high application volumes, we are unable to accept phone inquiries regarding individual application status.
