Our client, a well-established facility located in the Greater Hobart area, is seeking a highly qualified Forensic Psychiatrist to join their team.

The Role:

In this locum position (start date ASAP, end date June 7th, 2024), you will provide comprehensive forensic psychiatry services to community forensic and high-risk civil patients. This role requires working four days per week during regular business hours. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of mental health professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

What We Need:

  • Specialist Registration: You must be a fully registered medical practitioner with AHPRA and hold specialist registration in Psychiatry.
  • Forensic Psychiatry Experience: A strong background in forensic psychiatry with experience in assessing and managing community forensic and high-risk civil patients is essential.
