The Opportunity We’re seeking a motivated Full-Time Trades Assistant to join our expert team specialising in Power Generation Manufacturing, Installation, Repairs, and Maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop their skills in a dynamic workshop environment, working alongside experienced technicians and sales professionals to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities Conducting pre-delivery inspections and preparation of new stock Assisting with generator servicing, both in the workshop and on-site Supporting Technicians and the Service Manager with daily operations Maintaining workshop cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards Completing additional tasks as required to support business operations What We’re Looking For Good physical fitness with the ability to lift up to 20kg Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Computer literacy and basic IT skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Calm demeanor under pressure with strong time management skills Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a genuine willingness to learn Experience with SIMPRO software What We Offer Competitive hourly rate based on experience All safety equipment, PPE, and uniforms provided Comprehensive training and career development opportunities Flexible and family-friendly work arrangements Positive, supportive work environment A workplace where safety, wellbeing, and mental health are core values Equal Opportunity Employer Jubilee Energy is an equal opportunity employer.
