As the Team Leader Tasmania Hygiene / Scheduler at Flick Anticimex Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our Hygiene services team in Hobart, Tasmania. This full‑time position will see you managing a team of Hygiene Tech professionals, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and coordinating schedules to meet the needs of our valued clients. What you’ll be doing Supervise and support a team of cleaning professionals, providing guidance and oversight to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Develop and maintain schedules for Hygiene services, optimising routes and resources to meet client requirements. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided. Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed, and ensuring the team has all compliance requirements met. Participate in the hiring, training, and development of cleaning staff to maintain a high‑performing team. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Collaborate with the broader Flick Anticimex team to support the overall growth and success of the business. What we’re looking for Significant experience in a team leader or supervisory role within the cleaning services industry. Strong organisational and scheduling skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members. Demonstrated problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with a focus on delivering high‑quality customer service. Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the cleaning industry. Commitment to continuous improvement and a track record of implementing process optimisations.
