The Opportunity We are seeking skilled Rehabilitation Consultants and Rehabilitation Counsellors to join our national contractor network. This role is ideal for clinicians experienced in workplace mental health, counselling, vocational rehabilitation, and evidence-based occupational rehabilitation practices. Suitable Disciplines: Rehabilitation Counsellors - Occupational Rehabilitation experience required Physiotherapists Occupational Therapists Exercise Physiologists Psychologists Key Responsibilities Deliver psychological assessment, intervention, counselling, and vocational rehabilitation services. Support workers with adjustment, recovery planning, and return-to-work readiness. Conduct psychosocial assessments, goal-setting, and collaborative rehabilitation planning. Liaise with insurers, employers, and allied health professionals to ensure safe and sustainable RTW outcomes. Work autonomously under a flexible contractor arrangement. Occupational Rehabilitation experience is desirable, including vocational rehab, return-to-work planning, or workplace mental health programs. Membership of ASORC is desirable. High-level communication, stakeholder engagement, and report‑writing skills. Ability to travel for workplace visits and manage contractor workflow efficiently.
