Health E Medical Centre – Geelong West VIC Medical Receptionist – Full-Time / Part-Time Positions Health e Medical Centre – Geelong West We’re growing Health e Medical Centre Geelong West is looking for a dedicated, experienced Medical Receptionist to join our fast-paced and supportive team. As the face of our clinic, you’ll help ensure our patients receive professional, friendly service from the moment they walk in the door. Your Role: Greet and assist patients with care and professionalism Manage phone and email enquiries Book and manage appointments efficiently Process Medicare/DVA claims and payments Use Best Practice software to update patient records Ability to work various shifts between hours 6.45am - 7.30pm We’re Looking For: ✅ Experience in medical reception or admin ✅ Confident use of Best Practice (or similar systems) ✅ Excellent communication and multitasking skills ✅ Friendly, team-oriented attitude What We Offer: ✔️ Supportive and fast-paced team environment ✔️ Free on-site parking ✔️ Be part of a well-regarded clinic in Geelong West Apply now with your CV to ************@hemc.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
