Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Strategic Leadership An exciting opportunity exists for an accomplished Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and deliver a major digital transformation program across enterprise systems, data, and technology platforms. As CTO, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s technology vision, driving innovation, and ensuring scalable, secure systems that enable business growth and customer excellence. Key Responsibilities Define and deliver a technology roadmap aligned with strategic business goals. Partner with the executive team to position technology as a key business enabler. Lead the modernization of legacy systems into an integrated digital ecosystem — ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, eCommerce, and customer portals. Develop and execute a Digital Transformation Roadmap focused on automation, scalability, and operational efficiency. Champion the adoption of AI, IoT, and data analytics to enhance decision-making and reduce costs. Implement strong data governance, security, and ethical AI frameworks. Oversee IT operations and governance, ensuring robust cybersecurity, business continuity, and compliance. Build and mentor a high‑performing technology team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Engage with industry partners and emerging technology providers to position the organisation as a digital leader. Skills & Experience Proven success in a senior technology leadership role — ideally within a high‑volume, multi‑site, or distribution environment. Demonstrated experience driving large‑scale digital transformation and systems integration. Strong background in enterprise architecture, software development, and IT operations. Deep understanding of data security, governance, and cyber resilience. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Tertiary qualifications in IT, Information Systems, or related discipline; postgraduate qualifications in Business or Management highly regarded.
