Overview We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and knows how to turn business strategy into robust business and technology outcomes. Key Attributes A proven ability to understand and influence people. Strong technical acumen and hands‑on experience in system integration, data modelling, or enterprise platforms. Proven experience in driving organisational change and guiding stakeholders through technology transformation. A natural ability to build trusted relationships across IT and business teams. Key Responsibilities Engage stakeholders early in the initiative lifecycle to gather and define high‑level business requirements. Support the development of business cases by translating strategic objectives into clear, actionable insights. Lead the analysis process through solution design, functional specification, and testing. Ensure alignment between business needs, technical solutions, and delivery outcomes. Drive change management: conduct impact assessments, plan communications and training, and track adoption to ensure smooth technology rollouts. What You Will Bring Strong technical acumen with hands‑on experience in system integration, data modelling, or enterprise platforms. Proven track record delivering integration and implementation projects in complex environments. Influence and relationship‑building skills to be a trusted partner across IT and business, able to translate between technical and non‑technical audiences. A pragmatic problem solver who is resilient, clear under pressure, and focused on outcomes and value.
