As part of our newly launched division, you'll manage the construction and repair of properties following insurance claims—delivering high-quality outcomes and exceptional customer service. This full-time role offers the chance to shape projects from start to finish, working closely with clients, insurers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution. What You’ll Be Doing Overseeing all phases of construction and repair projects—from estimating and planning to final delivery Coordinating with insurance providers, clients, and subcontractors Monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality standards Resolving issues swiftly and effectively during construction Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards Providing regular updates to stakeholders and internal teams What We’re Looking For 5+ years’ experience in construction/project management, ideally in insurance or property repairs Proven success delivering complex renovation and repair projects Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Practical problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities Deep understanding of building codes and safety regulations What We Offer A competitive salary package Ongoing training and development A collaborative, inclusive culture The chance to work on diverse and challenging projects About Us Major Loss Builders is a trusted name in insurance-related property repairs across Western and South Australia.
