This is a permanent full-time position, based at our Jolimont office (with flexible working arrangements). Australian citizenship is required for this position. What you'll be doing As an Assistant Strata Manager, you'll be helping our team of highly experienced Strata Managers to assist strata communities across WA. To help assist our valued clients we're seeking highly process-oriented, customer focused individuals who: Gets things done quickly and maintain a high standard – Efficiently address and resolve allocated tasks in a timely manner. Are great at finding solutions – Resolve support requests within our 'Town Square' CRM platform and assist Strata Managers with a variety of different tasks. Are highly tech savvy – Retrieve general information from various platforms, including accounting software to address client requests. Have a passion for helping people – Develop and maintain strong, effective relationships both externally and internally. What you'll bring Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills. Strong focus on always delivering exceptional customer experience. Ability to be a team player with the ability to work autonomously. Ability to operate effectively in a Values/Behaviour based organisation and role model behaviours. What will put you above the others A contagiously positive, can-do attitude.
