# Product Development Manager,December 16, 2025### Job DescriptionHelloworld and Viva Holidays are looking for a Product Development Manager to join our Wholesale Product team.**Position Overview**The Product Development Manager role is responsible to develop innovative products, packages and deals within a designated destination portfolio, for the Helloworld Travel Group of brands. Maintaining strong working relationships with suppliers will also be key to your success in this role, to ensure a competitive market advantage.* Managing the product requirements for a portfolio of destinations* Identifying gaps within the wholesale range, to create unique travel product offerings that provide a competitive advantage for Helloworld’s brands* Producing travel brochures within designated portfolio, including pricing, copy writing and image selection* Cultivating relationships with internal and external partners, by participating in training and supplier events**Other considerations**You may be required to provide support outside your local time zone and travel for this role, therefore a valid passport is required**Position details*** The position reports to the General Manager – Wholesale Product* The position is based in the Melbourne office* The role is full time**Key result areas*** Maximise availability of product and marketing opportunities* Procure supplier participation for the wholesale brochure program to achieve agreed revenue targets**Qualifications*** Qualification in Travel and Tourism well regarded**Experience*** Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Travel Industry role* Sound knowledge of Australian and international destinations* Be innovative and a lateral thinker* Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners* Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel**Helloworld Travel Employee Benefits*** Staff discounts on travel* Onsite Private Gym Facility* Opportunities for discounted family travel* Regular Staff and Industry Events* Career progression and support* Learning and Upskilling opportunities**Other Considerations:**Helloworld Travel is an equal employment opportunity employer and does not tolerate workplace discrimination, bullying or harassment.You may be required to travel interstate and overseas, along with attending famil trips, therefore meaning you will require a valid passport and driver’s license.Please note that the successful applicant will be required to undergo a police check as part of our recruitment process.You must have full Australian working rights for this position.Location,Experience3 Year#J-18808-Ljbffr
