We currently have an opening in our Commercial and Design Engineering team for an Application Support Engineer where you will be required to provide Technical support and application advice for all NHP products to our Sales team and External customers. Key Responsibilities Act as a representative of NHP, supporting its products and solutions to both internal and external stakeholders. Deliver expert post-sales technical support for NHP products and systems via email and phone. Assist customers, the NHP Customer Service and Sales teams, and with application-based pre-sales technical inquiries. Provide specialist product advice to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the service experience. Manage and resolve complaints and technical inquiries promptly and effectively. Cross-functional collaboration with Commercial Engineers, Technical Consultants, and Product Managers—to deliver accurate solutions for business-related technical projects. Create and maintain technical resources, such as website content and knowledge base articles. Facilitate Level 1 and Level 2 technical training sessions for internal staff, with a focus on the Customer Service Centre. Support sales staff with technical presentations and field assistance as required.
