We're consistently ranked #1 in Melbourne's sandwich market, serving up fresh sandwiches (and salads), made by Chefs, delivered with warmth and a purpose to pioneer the hospitality landscape. Having recently and successfully launched a 4-day work week for all our Deli supervisors and managers, we continue our quest to become an employer of choice. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY Lead & oversee our team on all day-to-day operations in the Deli Support our Deli Manager to drive our business initiatives Focus on guests’ satisfaction, people development & training Manage wastage, COGs, ordering, stocktakes, average spends, wait times & food safety Providing support to your team by being hands on. This job is an on the tools job ABOUT YOU You're a food lover with a real knack for connecting with people, be it our guests or team members. A natural leader who has a genuine care for our product quality, people & brand. Our ADMs usually specialise either BOH (all things kitchen) or FOH (all things guest/coffee), so we’re looking for previous leadership either in the kitchen or FOH – if you have both, that’s a bonus Leading the team at Hector’s can be... hectic, we’re busy and our customers are eager to get their Hector’s fix. Your ability to keep cool under pressure and keep the team focused on the task at hand and supported in a fast-paced environment will be hugely advantageous. You need to have strong attention to detail in this role and be committed to our quest to pioneer the hospitality landscape. WHY JOIN US?
