You'll move seamlessly between complex clinical work and meaningful interactions with residents, carers and families—drawing on your advanced physiotherapy knowledge to assess, treat and shape personalised care plans. Collaboration will be at the heart of your day as you work closely with multidisciplinary teams, provide expert advice, and contribute to service planning and improvement initiatives. You'll take the lead in refining clinical practices, mentoring emerging clinicians, and supporting a culture of learning and excellence. Along the way, you'll help benchmark outcomes, drive quality standards and ensure physiotherapy services across our residential aged care and multipurpose facilities are delivered with compassion, professionalism and purpose.
