If you are a well-presented, friendly person who has an eye for detail and a flair for working with numbers please keep reading.As a valued member of the Finance Team you will support the Finance Supervisor in the day-to-day running of financial operations. This role is responsible for processing the weekly payroll with accuracy and attention to detail, processing weekly and monthly customer invoices as well as maintaining debtor ledgers within the organisations guidelines.The role:Administer the payroll in order to ensure that employees are paid in an accurate and timely mannerProcess daily timekeeping in accordance with workplace agreement, award and legislationProcess payroll, update leave, prepare and review payroll summariesRespond to payroll and general account enquiriesDebtor reconciliation and managementReconcile accounts and maintain debtors at levels set by the Franchise ManagerCreate weekly/monthly invoicingEffectively manage the invoicing processProvide efficient and effective finance administration management by managing the filing, storage and security of documentsAssist with answering the phone actioning voice messages and respond to enquiriesProvide backup for all financial enquiriesWhat you will need:Current and clear Criminal Record CheckMinimum Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or similarExperience in payroll and accounts receivableSound computer skills - MYOB / integrated financial software applications & Microsoft OfficeWell-developed interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsStrong organisational skills and speed in data handlingDemonstrated attributes of drive and initiative, including an ability to work autonomously.Extensive knowledge of the SCHADS AwardWhat we offer:Opportunity to work within a values-based organisation, with caring at the heart of everything we doFriendly, flexible and supportive work environmentRegular morning teas, employee wellbeing and team buildingOngoing support and directionAccess to our free Employee Assistance ProgramStaff recognition programsFree ParkingNext steps:If you would like to join our team and become part of our friendly, professional network please apply today.This information will be used solely for the purposes of your application for employment with Just Better Care.
