PPC Specialist

Roberts Digital is a niche digital marketing agency achieving outstanding results for our clients. We are looking for a paid media specialist to design and execute our digital advertising campaigns. You will service our monthly clients by delivering campaigns on‑time that include the creative concept, copy, implementation, optimisation, and reporting. You will have an eye for detail and the ability to interpret the data to continuously improve your campaigns. Our ideal team member will be someone that is solutions‑driven and can think outside of the box. You’ll value integrity, transparency, teamwork and always be ready to learn and share your knowledge. This full‑time work from home role commences in January 2026. Key Responsibilities Campaign strategy development including budget recommendations, campaign structure, personas, targeting, curating ‘the offer’ and understanding how to drive action. Campaign implementation across multiple channels including Facebook, Instagram and Google and programmatic. Production of artwork, landing pages and copy for digital and traditional media, ensuring creative consistency and high‑quality deliverables based on research. An eye for successful landing page layouts and the ability to articulate your requirements. Campaign support with email marketing and segmentation strategies. An understanding of marketing data and the ability to interpret the campaign impact. Campaign performance management that involves tracking, reporting setup and optimisation of campaigns. The ability to own each campaign and think beyond the task to ensure that all campaign components are in place. Autonomy and the ability to manage your time and tasks independently. Maintain readiness to participate in client interactions when needed, ensuring continuity, professionalism and effective collaboration on tasks that require joint input. Experience Desired The ability to learn on‑the‑go. A proven record of successful pay‑per‑click advertising campaigns. Google Ads certification or the ability to acquire it.
