Business Analyst (SAP Payroll / SuccessFactors Implementation) 9-Month CONTRACT with potential extension Hybrid working arrangement (Perth CBD) - 3 days onsite Daily rate : $850 (inc. Super) ROLE OVERVIEW An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Business Analyst to join a large-scale HR / Payroll system upgrade project, transitioning from SAP ECC6 to SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Payroll, and Time & Attendance). You'll play a key role in supporting testing, process migration, and HR stakeholder engagement throughout the deployment phase. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Act as the key interface between HR, Payroll, and the project team during the system upgrade. Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring system functionality meets business requirements. Assist in developing and documenting new HR and Payroll procedures, workflows, and process improvements. Support the migration of existing processes to the new SuccessFactors environment. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing and deployment. Provide hands‑on support and guidance to HR stakeholders during transition and training phases. MORE ABOUT YOU Strong background in HR and Payroll operations, with solid project and testing experience. Good understanding of SAP HR and / or SuccessFactors systems (Employee Central, Payroll, or Time & Attendance). Demonstrated experience in process documentation and change support. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical discussions. Knowledge of Australian industrial relations or government agreements is beneficial but not essential.
