The Location The Terraces, a 148 bed residential aged care facility located in Varsity Lakes. It is near the beautiful beaches of the Gold Coast, as well as several shopping centres, schools, public transport, restaurants and a vast range of health and community services. The Role You will be part of a team dedicated to our residents, contributing to a model of care that goes above and beyond every day. Every day you will be making a difference in people’s lives, building fabulous relationships with our residents and their families. Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors Dusting, polishing and general tidying Cleaning bathroom facilities Attending to residents' personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables and other equipment or furniture located in the residents' room Assist with the provision of a safe, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control practices.
