Fleurieu Motor Group is looking for an organised, proactive Delivery Coordinator for its new and used vehicle customers. About us Fleurieu Motor Group is a locally owned, multi‑franchise business representing Toyota, Mitsubishi and Hyundai on the Southern Fleurieu Peninsula. The role — what you’ll be doing Manage the end‑to‑end delivery process for new and used vehicles — from inbound arrivals through to preparation for customer handover. Scheduling vehicles for delivery: predelivery checks, accessories fitment, washes/valets, and final quality inspections. Raise and manage purchase orders for genuine accessories and sublet work in partnership with Parts and Logistics. Maintain accurate job cards and delivery checklists. Liaise with Sales, Service, Finance, Workshop and PD teams to ensure seamless handovers. Capture delivery photos and complete handover records for CRM and marketing use. Assist with used‑car reconditioning and quality control. Support training, process improvements and compliance with manufacturer standards (TCPO/HCPO awareness desirable). About you — what we need Previous experience in a vehicle delivery, logistics or dealership coordination role is highly regarded but not essential. Excellent organisation, time‑management and written/verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and an ability to follow process and checklists precisely. Thrives working in a fast‑paced environment and coordinating multiple stakeholders. Proficient computer skills — CRM/DMS experience is a plus. Current Australian driver’s licence (manual & automatic preferred). Positive, professional attitude and a team‑first mindset. Relevant automotive qualifications or experience with manufacturer PD/warranty processes is advantageous.
