What’s on Offer Salary range $85,000 to $115,000 plus superannuation and bonus potential. Quarterly bonus structure achieving KPI targets, rewarding staff with THOUSANDS, motivating professional excellence. Flexible working hours combining clinic, home and school visits, enabling clinicians to structure schedules for optimal work‑life balance. Mileage reimbursement per kilometre, covering travel expenses and maximising billable time across community visits, manageable travel times, ensuring a client‑first approach. Weekly supervision and internal professional development sessions, fostering ongoing clinical support and career growth. The Practice Family‑centred, evidence‑based, play‑based interventions that design therapy around each child’s strengths and interests for engaging sessions. Early and school‑age intervention for children targeting self‑care, fine and gross motor skills, sensory and emotional regulation, attention, routines and social skills. Key assessments include an online Benefit‑of‑OT Quiz for initial screening, early childhood screening in clinic or whole‑class school visits, and comprehensive initial assessments with individualised therapy plans. Hybrid delivery model combining clinic‑based sessions with home and school visits supported by robust administrative systems and access to therapy equipment and resources. Multidisciplinary team and flat structure promoting respect, autonomy and collaboration with monthly team‑building events and a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing. Why Join?
