Join us and be a part of our mission to drive sustainability through technology and talent at Tata Consultancy Services, APAC today Key Responsibilities Architecture & Strategy Design and maintain the enterprise IAM architecture leveraging the Okta Identity Cloud platform. Define IAM strategies and roadmaps aligned with FCTG's security policies, compliance needs (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2), and digital transformation goals. Lead Okta tenant design (production, test/dev) with best practices around scalability, reliability, and governance. Solution Design & Implementation Architect and oversee integration of Okta with FCTG applications, systems, and platforms including: G‑Suite Implement and manage SSO and MFA across internal and customer‑facing applications. Design and implement Okta workflows for user lifecycle management (Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver). Collaborate with DevSecOps and development teams to integrate Okta into CI/CD pipelines and modern applications (OIDC/OAuth2/SAML). Security & Compliance Ensure secure authentication and authorization design patterns are enforced. Design access governance frameworks, role‑based access controls (RBAC), and attribute‑based access controls (ABAC). Support compliance efforts through access audits, reporting, and integration with SIEM platforms. Operations & Optimization Establish performance monitoring, logging, and incident response processes for IAM systems. Drive automation and self‑service capabilities in identity provisioning and deprovisioning. Manage Okta lifecycle including upgrades, tenant management, and custom integrations. Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Okta and IAM across FCTG. Provide architectural guidance to technical teams and stakeholders. Mentor IAM engineers and contribute to building an internal center of excellence for Identity. Required Skills & Experience Technical Expertise 7+ years of experience with Okta, including advanced configuration and integration. Proven experience designing and implementing IAM solutions at enterprise scale. Strong understanding of: SAML, OIDC, OAuth2 MFA, Adaptive MFA, Device Trust Universal Directory Okta Workflows & Lifecycle Management Hands‑on experience with scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and REST APIs for automation. Integration experience with cloud and on‑prem applications, directories, and infrastructure. Preferred Qualifications Okta Certified Architect or similar Okta certifications. Experience in the travel or retail industry is a plus. Familiarity with global user base and multi‑tenant IAM challenges. Exposure to Identity Governance tools (SailPoint, Saviynt) is beneficial. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional, global teams.
