Mandatory Qualifications/Requirements You will need to have one or more of the below Vocational competencies to be considered: First Aid – HLTAID009, HLTAID011, HLTAID012, HLTAID013, HLTAID014, HLTAID015, UETDRRF004 HLT23221 Cert II Health Support Services HLT33115 Cert III Health Services Assistant CHC33021 Cert III Individual Support (Ageing / Disability) HLT33021 Cert III Allied Health Assistant HLT43021 Cert IV Allied Health Assistant HLT37315 Cert III Health Administration HLT47321 Cert IV Health Administration HLT57715 Diploma of Practice Management HLT54121 Diploma of Nursing be an Enrolled Nursing or Registered Nurse, or Allied Health Professional Possession of one of the following training and assessment credentials: TAE40122 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or TAE40116 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or TAE40110 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or TAE50122 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, or its successor; or TAE50111 / TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training; or TAE50211 / TAE50216 – Diploma of Training Design and Development; or A secondary teaching qualification and one of the following credentials: TAESS00024 VET Delivered to School Students Teacher Enhancement Skill Set or its successor; TAESS00011 or TAESS00019 Assessor Skills Set or its successor; or Higher level qualification in adult or vocational education (approved by TAFE Queensland). Current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided. Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that informs the training and assessment provided. Evidence of undertaking professional development in the fields of the knowledge and practice of vocational training, learning and assessment including competency-based training and assessment.
