We do this all in the heart of the beautiful South Coast. We now have a Customer Support Officer opportunity to join our Logistics team. Your responsibilities will include: Exciting career opportunity as we grow our Logistics Customer Support Team. We are seeking a Defence Logistics Specialist to provide ongoing support to our Royal Australian Navy customers. You will be required to control the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives. Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions. Builds relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives. Expedite emergency orders upon customer requests. Assisting with the management of the 24 hours help desk to meet customer requirements Maintaining knowledge of company products and customer service processes. About you: To see you succeed in this role, you will have: Tertiary qualifications (Certificate III or above) in a relevant discipline from a recognised institution, and/or equivalent relevant experience (preferably within the defence industry) Experience in data management including the ability to produce, analyses and interpret complex reports and information Thrivein a fast-paced environment and take immediate corrective action as required Passion for exceptional customer service and understand the importance of building strong relationships.
