Site Supervisor - High-Volume Investment Builds South Brisbane Location | Immediate Start Available We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable residential builder seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a stable, long-term role overseeing high-volume investment builds within a single estate. About The Role As the Site Supervisor, you will manage 25-35 investment homes concurrently, ensuring all builds are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is well-suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings proven experience across similar high-volume residential projects. What We’re Looking For 3-5 years’ experience supervising high-volume residential investment builds Experience managing 25-35 homes within one estate A strong existing trade base (carpenters, bricklayers, painters, tilers) Strong communication, organisation, and contractor management skills A proactive, solutions-focused approach with high attention to detail What’s on Offer $120K-$130K salary package (dependent on experience) Superannuation Company vehicle + phone + tablet A supportive leadership team and steady pipeline of work Opportunity for long-term career growth If you are an experienced Site Supervisor looking for your next career move, we’d love to hear from you.
