This role may include alternate Saturdays as part of a roster to supports access to primary care outside of standard hours, contributing to improved health outcomes and community wellbeing. KEY SELECTION CRITERIA: Qualifications and Registrations: Registered to practice in Victoria as medical practitioner with AHPRA (without limitations) Knowledge and skills: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Commitment to the principles of Aboriginal community-controlled health care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with patients and community. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multi-skilled team. What We Offer: Competitive salary range and conditions: $180p/h+ Saturday Penalty Rates (depending on qualifications and experience) Salary packaging of $15,900 available for Part- or Full-time employees.
