About the role A Lifestyle Support Worker assists, cares for, and empowers people with a wide range of needs, including physical and mental health needs, learning difficulties, autism spectrum disorder, and more. Skills A friendly, approachable, empathetic, and caring nature. Reliable, honest, and adaptable attitude to work. Availability to work different shifts/hours and occasionally overnight. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with non-verbal children and/or adults with complex Autism. Ability to stay calm in difficult situations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
