Customer Service Officer – Full-Time Fixed-Term Hobart TAS, Australia We are thl, the world’s largest commercial RV rental operator. About the Role We’re looking for a customer-focused team member to join our Hobart branch in a full-time fixed-term position until April/May 2026 . You’ll be the face of our brand, helping guests start and end their RV adventures. Your day will include: Demonstrating vehicle features (training provided) Selling ancillary products (e.g. reduction options, tables & chairs) Ensuring guests have a smooth and memorable experience This is a 7-day operation , so weekend and public holiday availability is essential. In return, we offer a competitive commission structure for ancillary sales. About You We’re looking for someone who: Has customer service or sales experience Holds a valid open driver’s licence Is enthusiastic, positive, and enjoys helping others Thrives in a fast-paced environment Communicates clearly and listens well (many guests speak English as a second language) Is tech-savvy and confident using apps Can manage conflict and negotiate effectively Works well in a team Bonus points if you speak German or another European language (not essential).
