Data Governance Analyst – Sydney CBD | Hybrid Join a data team that’s redefining what good looks like. We’re on the hunt for a Data Governance Analyst to help shape how data is managed, trusted, and used across the organisation. What You’ll Do Champion data governance frameworks and standards across the business. Support data quality, lineage, and stewardship initiatives that build trust in data. Collaborate with business and technical teams to align governance with real‑world needs. Maintain metadata, documentation, and data catalogues within the Microsoft BI environment. Partner with engineers and analysts to identify and resolve data issues. Help evolve the organisation’s data operating model and governance roadmap. What You’ll Bring Experience with Microsoft BI tools, Power BI, SQL Server, and ideally Azure Data Services. Working knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata management. Ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear, actionable insights. Familiarity with data catalogues (Purview, Collibra, Alation, etc.) a plus.
