We are seeking a reliable and responsible Postal Van Driver to deliver mail and parcels to residential and business addresses. The ideal candidates will ensure timely and secure deliveries while maintaining a high standard of customer service and safety. Key Responsibilities: Collect, sort, and load mail and packages into the delivery van. Drive a designated route to deliver mail and parcels to homes and businesses. Obtain signatures for tracked or registered items as required. Return undelivered mail and report delivery issues. Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures at all times. Represent Australia Post in a professional and courteous manner. Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle checks and report any defects. Occasionally assist in the sorting office during quieter delivery periods. Requirements: Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and carry bulky items. Strong time management and organisational skills. Good numeracy and literacy skills. Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Must pass police check.
