What You’ll Be Doing Convert warm, ready-to-enrol leads into active students—no cold calling required. Understand each student's goals and match them to nationally recognised qualifications. Communicate the real-world value of becoming a builder, site supervisor or trades leader. Handle enrolments and paperwork with accuracy and professionalism. Use Salesforce to manage leads, track performance, and boost conversion. Drive your own success while being backed by a collaborative, mission-led team. What Makes You a Great Fit You’re confident, curious and skilled at building rapport fast—especially over the phone. You have sales, contact centre or enrolments experience and thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment. You’re purpose-led—you want your work to mean something.
