Key Accountabilities Delivery of Drama curriculum to students in K-6 In partnership with the Head of Drama, Head of Dance and Head of Music, lead the artistic vision and direction of the Senior School Musical and the Junior School Performing Arts – Year 6 Production Leadership of the K‑12 Cocurricular Drama Club To provide students with an education to the highest standard, working as a member of the School team and maintaining a standard of personal and professional service to the CCGS school community. To work collaboratively with members of the CCGS School community to ensure the realisation of our goals Compliance with all Child Protection directives Qualifications and Experience Appropriate teaching qualifications and NESA accreditation Thorough knowledge of the NSW Drama Curriculum Evidence of excellent student outcomes in areas of Drama & Productions A high standard of competency and innovation as a classroom teacher A capacity to cater for different learning needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Efficient administrative skills with flexibility and adaptability Ability to prioritise and work as part of a team A commitment to the strategic direction of the School Application Process Interested applicants should familiarise themselves with the School’s Strategic Plan ‘Striving for Excellence’, available on our website at All teaching staff at Central Coast Grammar School are to take part in the whole life of the School, including participation in Outdoor Education and involvement in cocurricular school activities.
